Karen C.L. Anderson is an author, host of the Dear Adult Daughter podcast, and master certified life coach who works with adult daughters who want to both quiet the Inner Critical Mother they have in their heads, AND take care of themselves in the relationship they have with their actual mothers. She also works with mothers who want to improve the relationship they have with their adult daughters.
I will be in conversation with Elizabeth DaRosa. Here is her bio: Elizabeth DaRosa is a full time mother of two teenagers, an entrepreneur, and Life Coach. Elizabeth is a spoken word artist who has performed in For Colored Girls & Listen to Your Mother which is where she and Karen first met. As a domestic violence survivor born with special needs, Elizabeth is committed to healing & ending the cycle of generational trauma in order to be a healthier mother for her children.
