Heart Wisdom with Sherry Belul,Kim Colegrove,Eric Maisel and Brenda Knight

These past few years have been filled with great change and challenges. Many people have suffered from trauma of all kinds — including grief, loneliness, illness, and fear.
How can we heal emotional trauma? How can we help people navigate a world that can often feel hard and cruel?
Join us at our upcoming Mango Publishing Author Panel where we will discuss some ideas for how people can recover and heal.
Our guest authors, Kim Colegrove (“The Mindfulness for Warriors Handbook") and Eric Maisel (Why Smart People Hurt: A Guide for the Bright, the Sensitive, and the Creative) will share stories and practical ideas about emotional traumas of all kinds.
The panel is facilitated by Sherry Richert Belul (“Say it Now.”)
Mango Author Panels are a great way to get a behind-the-scenes look at the publishing world and what goes on in authors' heads. They are always interactive, often intriguing, and especially warm and inspiring.
