We’re pleased to co-host this special event with The Northshire Bookstore, to welcome esteemed author, Fred Bollaci, for a special dinner event including a book signing of The Restaurant Diet. Fred Bollaci collaborates with Chef Amy to create a four course menu inspired by his book, with wine pairings. Recipes of all dishes served will be provided to those who attend.
